Tour Participation Guidelines and Policies:

Transportation: Please note that an additional transportation fee may apply for hotel pick-up and collection services at locations in Klong Muang, Nong Thale, Khaotong, Ao Thalane, and Krabi Town. Once your booking is confirmed, our staff will contact you to inform you of any extra charges. These fees will be payable in cash directly to the driver on the day of service.

Cancellation Policy: In the rare event of a tour cancellation, we will notify you in advance. You will be offered an alternative date, a different tour, or a full refund.
